What to include in a support message

  • which screen you were on
  • whether you were scanning, importing, exporting, or restoring purchases
  • your device model and iOS version
  • whether iCloud sync was enabled
  • a screenshot if the issue is visual

Common questions

Does Docket store my records online?

The core workflow is local-first. Paid plans may unlock optional sync through Apple-native iCloud and CloudKit, but the app is designed to remain usable locally.

Can I correct the OCR result before saving?

Yes. Receipt extraction is designed to stay editable so you can review merchant, date, total, VAT, and category before the record is saved.

What does the free plan include?

The free plan is intended to remain useful for core record keeping. Paid plans may unlock unlimited scanning, cleaner exports, and optional iCloud sync.

Does Docket give tax advice?

No. Docket is a record-keeping tool for sole traders and freelancers and should not be treated as tax advice.
